About Jesus Christ

It's not possible for me to write all there is to know about

Jesus Christ, but I wrote about him "in a nutshell:"

Jesus was God the Son in the flesh-fully God & fully man. During His life on Earth, He showed compassion, performed miracles, and taught the truth. However, some hated Jesus, and He was betrayed over to the Roman government. He was beaten and whipped and then sentenced to die on a cross, an ancient structure used to execute criminals. Just as Jesus prophesied, He rose from the dead three days later. From that time on and still today many trust in Jesus.

Jesus Christ came for a purpose: to bridge the gap between God and humanity. Sin keeps us from knowing God, but Jesus willingly took the punishment for sins on the cross. Because of Jesus' sacrifice, it's possible to be forgiven of sins and have a relationship with God.
