Christian Faith

A Christian is a follower of Jesus. The list below is of some basic and important beliefs of the Christian faith.

*There is only one God. 

*This one God has revealed Himself as a Trinity: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

*Sin separates humanity from God. All people have sinned.

*The Son became human. This is Jesus Christ. He was fully God and fully man.

*Jesus died on the cross for humanity's sins, was buried, rose from the dead, and ascended into heaven.

*Through Jesus, humanity is restored to God. Only through Jesus may a person receive forgiveness for their sins and receive eternal life.

*The Bible alone is the inspired and authoritative Word of God.
